About J6VPN
J6VPN’s service, route selection, and privacy principles.
Access to international services across devices
J6VPN provides an international access subscription service for people who need to reach websites around the world and use overseas workplace software, AI tools, and streaming services. Coverage includes 120+ countries and 210+ routes. Use it on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices.
Monthly subscriptions suit regular use, while data packages work well when usage varies; they never expire and last until used. For pricing and billing details, see Plans & Pricing. Choose based on your actual data needs and how often you use the service.
Route Selection & Support
Choose a route based on the region of the service you want to access, connection performance, and your intended use. A route name is not a speed guarantee. During peak evening hours, your experience can also depend on your local network, ISP routing, and the destination site. Check each platform to confirm streaming and AI tool availability.
If you run into an issue, first check your subscription status and update your routes. Then determine whether the problem affects one app or your overall connection. If you still need help, submit a support ticket with your platform, route name, and error details to help us investigate. The service includes a 7-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for claim requirements.
No Logs & Minimal Data Collection
J6VPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service information is handled with data minimization in mind. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required.
Treat your subscription link as an access credential and keep it secure. Before sharing a screenshot for troubleshooting, hide passwords, subscription links, and sensitive payment details. Include only what’s needed to investigate the issue. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled and your rights.
